I have always had a passion for health and wellness. I have always valued the importance of proper nutrition and treating the body with love and care through natural methods. I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. I am also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. I found my calling during my own personal studies on healing the mind and body and received my 200-hr certification through YogaWorks in April 2015. I practice and teache a vinyasa flow-style class and specialize in arm balancing and inversions. I always enjoy a challenge and encourage my students to take every opportunity to try new things as well. I believe that by taking these opportunities, students will discover more about themselves and gain new levels of strength and wisdom through their own practice. I am very excited to share my passion with all of my students; from first-time yogis, to those who have been doing yoga for many years. All of my classes are open-level, with modifications for all skill levels.
